A challenge expects a specific topic selection, but the builder appears to keep Account Management assigned.
What to check
Agent versions and builder experiences differ. Editing a version or definition other than the one the checker expects can cause a mismatch.
Troubleshooting steps
- Confirm the agent API name and version specified in the current exercise.
- Inspect assigned topics or subagents in the builder experience you are using.
- Follow the supported editing process for the active or draft version; deactivate only if required by that process.
- Save the intended assignment and activate the required version.
- Preserve existing work before rebuilding. Use a fresh prescribed learning org only if setup conflicts cannot be resolved.

The required version has exactly the responsibilities requested by the challenge.
