When this happens
The agent creation screen cannot find the expected EinsteinServiceAgent User.
What to check
Some exercises require a specially provisioned org. A reused playground may lack the sample user, permissions, or packaged setup.
Troubleshooting steps
- Return to the current module and follow its specific org signup or launch instructions.
- Confirm you opened the org created for that exercise, rather than a different existing playground.
- As an administrator, check Setup → Users for the expected user and review the module’s prerequisites.
- Select the actual user from the lookup or dropdown instead of typing only a display name.
- If the supplied org is missing required setup, contact Trailhead support with the module and org details. Create a fresh exercise org only when instructed.
Verify the result
The expected agent user can be selected and has the required access for the exercise.
