The challenge rejects a list view or it returns opportunities outside the intended criteria.
What to check
Filter numbering, AND/OR grouping, probability values, and visibility can differ from the stated requirement.
Troubleshooting steps
- Inspect the exact numbered filters and their values.
- If the requirement is either condition 1 or 2, together with condition 3, use (1 OR 2) AND 3.
- Use Probability greater than or equal to 50 only if the current task specifies that threshold.
- Check the view’s scope and sharing so the checker and intended user can access it.
- Test records that match each OR branch, fail the common condition, and sit on the threshold.
Verify the result
The list includes matching records and excludes the deliberately nonmatching examples.
