The checker reports unwanted fields such as Prospect Rating, Region, Zone, Has Support Plan, or Support Plan Expiration Date.
What to check
You may have edited a different page layout or confused the Lightning record page with a page layout.
Troubleshooting steps
- Open Object Manager → Account → Page Layouts and locate the layout named in the challenge.
- Check Page Layout Assignment for the profile and Partner Account record type used by the exercise.
- Remove only the fields the current task says to remove from that layout. Do not delete the fields from the object.
- Save and inspect the assigned layout again. If Dynamic Forms is involved, review the record page separately.
Verify the result
The required layout has the requested field arrangement and is the layout evaluated by the exercise.
