INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS: User does not have a verified email address
An email test or automation fails because the sending user’s email address has not been verified.

When this happens
An email test or automation fails because the sending user’s email address has not been verified.
What to check
Check the actual sending identity, user email, return address, and org-wide email address if used. Email delivery and domain verification are separate checks.
Troubleshooting steps
- Open Setup → Users and select the user identified by the error.
- Confirm the email address is correct and that its inbox is accessible. Use the verification option where available.
- Open the verification email and complete the process. Resend it if the link has expired.
- If the return address differs, verify it too. Check org-wide sender verification if the feature uses that address.
- Retry the email operation; investigate remaining deliverability or domain errors separately.
Verify the result
The user address shows verified and the same email operation completes.
